INNOPLEX - Initial Consultancy Session

You start with an initial consultancy session. Together we discuss necessary steps and define key targets that we aim to achieve. This helps us to understand your innovation capability.

For small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) the initial consultancy session can be combined with an innovation audit based on the European IMP³rove assessment method. The IMP³rove method is a comprehensive online self-assessment. As a certified IMP³rove partner we guide you through the entire process.

The results of the audit provide a full review of the 'as-is' status as well as a benchmark report with up to 2,500 other companies that have already performed the audit. The audit results will be integrated in the analysis and help us to create a solid action plan that fits in with your organisation. Due to the disruptive factor based INNOPLEX approach you will be provided with a detailed and viable course of action that improves your innovation capability.

Note: The initial consultancy session of the Programme Innovation Management of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology and – optional – the IMP³rove assessment for small businesses are free of charge.

Innovation Management in SMEs

Pumacy is an accredited partner of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology for the programme INNOVATIONSMANAGEMENT. The programme aims to support innovation management in commercial small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with up to 100 employees as well as handicraft businesses in the New Länder, Berlin and in several other model regions in Germany. The programme is not focused on any particular technology, product or industry.
