INNOPLEX – course of action

The INNOPLEX approach can be tailored to suit the size and individual requirements of your organization. Please follow the course of action that turned out to be the most effective:

1. Initial Consultancy Session:

You start with an initial consultancy session. This meeting helps us to gain a better understanding of your objectives and your experiences with innovation management.

2. Workshop Session:

Before this session starts, we invite relevant stakeholders to the workshop. Together we identify and analyse the as-is-status of innovation management within your company. We use a proven set of procedures and techniques that were developed for INNOPLEX. During the workshop all stakeholders will gain a better understanding of the key objective of your innovation strategy.

After the workshop we undertake a detailed assessment of the individual situation of your organisation. We determine what is required to achieve your objectives and derive a viable course of action that is provided to you in an action plan.

3. Evaluation:

After the workshop session we present the results of the assessment. We agree possible options for action to encourage innovation management within your organisation. Due to the INNOPLEX method you are able to verify our conclusions drawn from the assessment. This gives you a reasonable premise for further discussion within your organization.
The implementation of an action plan requires continuity and commitment to achieve long-term benefits. Innovation Management in SMEs

Pumacy is an accredited partner of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology for the programme INNOVATIONSMANAGEMENT. The programme aims to support innovation management in commercial small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with up to 100 employees as well as handicraft businesses in the New Länder, Berlin and in several other model regions in Germany. The programme is not focused on any particular technology, product or industry.
