Evaluation

During the INNOPLEX workshop we present preliminary results that often give our customers surprising new insights. The result of the workshop is a comprehensive portrait of the innovation potential. Additionally, we encourage an open dialogue between your employees. The dialogue is documented and becomes part of the analysis of your innovation management.

With the workshop you also generate an innovation finger print, a detailed overview of the innovation behaviour (see graphic), the innovation inventory map as a detailed survey of your innovation infrastructures as well as a list of so called innovation management devils - crucial disruptive factors that influence the development of a robust innovation strategy.

After the workshop we analyse your data and present our estimation results. This presentation includes first objectives for your future innovation strategy. Based on these objectives we create together with you a viable course of action to optimise your innovation management (action plan).

Due to the INNOPLEX method our conclusion drawn from the results of the analysis can be assumed as very precise. You receive an action plan and a reasonable premise for further discussion with stakeholders and the management within your organisation.

Innovation Management in SMEs

Pumacy is an accredited partner of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology for the programme INNOVATIONSMANAGEMENT. The programme aims to support innovation management in commercial small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with up to 100 employees as well as handicraft businesses in the New Länder, Berlin and in several other model regions in Germany. The programme is not focused on any particular technology, product or industry.
